My neighbor is just aggressive, nothing passive about it. She has called the cops so many times on us and the other neighbors (never once legitimately). At this point I could get away with murder. I could actually kill someone, have her witness it and if she called the cops they would just say "yeah right lady, stop making false reports." I dream about all the ways to 'get even' with her or really piss her off but of course I don't, because you can't win a crazy fight with a lunatic.

I like the news reported in the bulleted form...makes it really easy to read. Roger, I have a terrible neighbor....guy who likes to vibe me, scream at his kids, and is really aweful. The family is known in the schools...they are crazy, and will never move. I feel for you....

Roger, I always say it , your doing great bud , I think the openlng of your reports is the best part. It's always good to start ones day with a laugh and a smile to share with others. Sometimes there real serious , but that's the journalist in you and your opinion. Now days TV news guys think digging up the big story and worklng hard to get it is fast forwarding through there tella prompter, and there told what there opinion will be. You have a lot of freedom with EdHat so enjoy !! I'd like to know if people read you for the report or just to see whats going on with you or both ? Oh yeah Poo Bear looks great and you need to put a picture up so every one can see the two of you .

I would say move out but you sound comfy except for that guy. I honestly would just confront him as say cut that crap out or reap the repercussions. If he didn't stop I might have to beat him down, just hitting him in places that don't show marks. People like that are worthless, there whole life revolves around making other peoples lives miserable. They are not content with themselves, so they have to raise havoc to get some kind of ego-boost. You are showing way more tolerance than I would, he would be in the hospital if it were me, and that is without drinking. I wouldn't let it drag out, I am a firm believer of nipping it in the butt the first time. Good luck and good story, can totally relate.

Pooh Bear would look really cute in one of those baby hats with kitty ears on it. (It's a 'meta' kind of thing) Stroller is a good idea. French maid uniform? Dunno. As we all know, there are two versions of the FMU. Choose carefully.

Yea really doesn't bother me all the timem but when he's trying to slide something past someone he plays the crazy card. He's probably right to be sane I'd have to be normal and that is unacceptable. As fart as fighting him..I don't do that anymore if I can avoid it because more than not you can get arrested for it and I really hate jail. Yuck! I've stood up to him before too. Remember the serial killer comments..It's just best to avoid him sooner or later he will stub his toe and eat poop. I wrote about it because it was on my mind. That's my karma and I'm sticking to it..@206 I think there are more people that find it to be useful information than you..People can relate not everyone has a perfect life.
