I think that anyone who puts him/her-self out in public via the media, online on other, is going to get a response and it's not always going to be 100% favorable. I honestly don't recall anything in the recent dust up that seemed like an attack (unlike some really nasty stuff found on CL R& R, not about you, but about that topic that day) unless you count someone telling you to chill out etc. (or the comment you mention here maybe) and even those rather mild sort of critiques are far outweighed by the many responses of support and admiration you receive when you feel criticized and make that known. It would probably be a good idea to get some perspective on this and I don't mean that as an attack or criticism in any way, just a helpful suggestion for you to consider or not. Best wishes.

The reason most people read Edhat is Roger! We DO want to know what's happening in our city and our neighborhoods and the only source is right here on Edhat and his name is ROGER!

Hey Roger, I appreciate what you do and your silly sense of humor. Took me a while to catch on to your writing style, but I love it, and like how you tell it like it is, are real, and respect others opinions. The whole thing that makes this sight work is that it gives locals,and some non locals, a forum to discuss different topics, get advise, learn about what is happening around town, and see some beautiful photos. Not everyone is going to agree with everyone, and I think it is good to debate in a non threatening way. Most people are kind and give a lot to this site, others are just negative, don't take it personally, they have to live with themselves and their comments can be read once and disregarded. In all, I feel this site is very beneficial for our community, I love hearing others stories or the history behind something local. Please continue a great job, and everyone have a Great New Year.

Does anyone know if they have a site that shows mugshots of those arrested in SB county? Seems every other county does via the sheriffs department, but not here. I think it is a good deterrent for DUI's to have yourself seen by the public, and I also help out alcoholics so when they go missing I would like to see and hope they are in jail versus on a bender. Thanks.

Thank You all for your comments Yea Michelle I liked all of the things you sent I do stuff like that and it kinda freaked me out. /I know when you put yourself out there that you'll get blasted right and left..But I didn't expect it then they got me..I'm 200 percent for the police to do mug shots on DUI and Drunk Drivers I wish they would. Be alot of people out of work though They would be getting fired left and right. No employer would want to deal with 23152 driving employees..
