Wow! I would not want Roger on my jury. Declaring a murder on a case that is still being investigated? I did not read one thing in that article that suggested there was a murder. And then you assume that Gloria died knowing she was being murdered. That's a bold statement. Roger, who murdered her and what evidence do you have saying she was murdered? Also what homeless murder cases are you talking about that have not been solved?

Roger has his opinions about everything, and he's not shy about bludgeoning us with his opinions on the platform Edhat has given him, but that's all they are - one person's opinions. The other day he was declaring there was no ongoing investigation into the matter, when evidently from the SB Independent story that is not true. Is the death in question suspicious and tragic? Yes. Is it a murder? Not until/unless a law enforcement official connected with the case says it is.

@319 Your Exacley right 319 I have my opinion. Thank You for not blasting the HELL outta me your a scholar and a gentle man/woman..People take things so seriously nowadaze I just don't understand. That is what writers write is it SNOT? Their opinion..I did nothing wrong. I have mentioned the code 2 thing all along suddenly I get blasted. Why Now? I must have struck a cord. What was that the person said "As long as Edhat has Roger, Edhat won't be taken seriously." I thought no one took me seriously at all gee I really don't want to be taken seriously..They don't have enough medication for that. @319 Wins the prize thank you @319.

Roger, we should talk sometime...I have 25 years of real world, in the streets knowledge & experience, of what has been discussed on this and yesterdays thread....and, I've certainly got my opinions like everyone else! I'm pretty certain too, that our paths have crossed over the years whether we realize it, or not.

Will I'm always here at home taking care of my kitty...Waiting for that wayward bullet with my name on it to come whizzing through the window..You know I had just read that article in the Independant when I heard the medical call. I was probably alittle out of line with what I said but I have said it many times before that the police requested code 2 medic's for the homeless maybe I should have added on non emergency calls..But then the attack was on I got angry someone else got angry. Then this other guy comes flying out of no where and everyone is mad. I said that the police were not investigating Glorias death before because I didn't think the investigation was being taken seriously enough. There are others who share my opinion. But it don't matter. I don't really care if people take me seriously or not. I guess I should have said what was my opinion and what isn't. Anyway I'm sorry if the cops thought I was critizing them but not the journalist he wasn't very nice and this isn't the first time he has tried to get me fired. Anyway if anyone wants to kill me I'm not running away. Merry Christmas anyway.

Merry whatever-you-celebrate to all the fans here, to the lightning-rod Roger who draws us all hither, and to Pooh Bear, who must be a feline trouper to put up with the cone and having his ears lowered. I am fortunate to be spending time with a huge chunk of family tomorrow, the first year in a while I've been up to traveling, so I'll think of all the edhatters on the 25th, and probably rejoin you on the 26th. Can't wait to read the police calls to gauge the intensity of the celebration.
