Decades of cancer research and no cure. Don't you think by now if there is one, we would have found it? Maybe because cancer has become such a profitable business, big research and pharma doesn't want one. Ever think about that? Instead, cancer is now 1/2 for every male in the U.S.!

No cure for environmental damage (chemicals, radiation damage, etc). But there are some drugs like Gleevec which can extend life reasonably well by many years. Not all drug research is evil.
