Hey Roger, thanks for the little spill. Good luck with junior, yeah fasting is hard but you can have water. Depression and suicide go hand in hand especially this time of year. Luckily we live in a place that is mostly nice during the day, has resources, and alternatives. I recently read that most suicides happen in places like Seattle, or places that are overcast a lot or see little sun. Amazing how the weather can effect your mood. It does for me, if I wake up with sunshine I am instantly happy and ready for a full day. I also agree that the Homeless pop has increased. I see the regulars a lot who are usually in good spirits and has SB wired as far as getting food and shelter during the winter. The others seem lost and from out of town, coming here for warmer weather and better resources. Cant help everyone, but can treat them like people and be grateful for what we have. Good day.

Roger, that is why one always tops off the coffee, and never empties it except upside down over the sink, without looking. Our best to Pooh and hope he made it okay. I'm still reading the e-mailed n/l, haven't made it yet to the fresh daily hat.
