Wasn't Max Factor a name of a cosmetic brand. Oh, the that guy that lived by little Rincon, or Cliff House, that drugged and raped those woman a while back was the grandson of the man who started Max Factor. Sorry, a little off topic, good looking dog and thanks for saving another one, your a saint.

The name Maybelline is SO fitting! She is a beauty, too. What a wonderful treasure you found in her. (Once had two white kitties named Clairol and Clorox.) LOL

Bravo for rescue! There is not one breed that doesn't have a rescue! Even mixes! We have two "Corgi mix" rescues (www.forpaws.com) who specialize in "Corgi mixes"! Oh , please, everyone, adopt a rescue ! Please don't buy dogs! Millions.........(I am not exaggerating) of the most wonderful, loving , healthy and wonderful dogs are "euthanized" every year. It is shocking and heartbreaking. Please.....oh please......go online....."Petfinders" or to our wonderful shelters....truly wonderful dogs are available. Waiting for you...just to love you! It is true! Please do this! Penelope

Thank you so much for adopting a dog (and not buying from a breeder). There are so many wonderful dogs that end up in shelters, and so many of them that never get a chance to be rehomed. Check out www.k-9pals.org, it's one of the best around. If you don't see what you are looking for on their website, they network with a lot of other adoption agencies are very knowledgable about rescue groups, shelters and humane societies. They really care about making sure it's a successful match for the dog and you. And if you aren't looking to adopt, donate! K9 PALS has an enormous job providing for so many homeless dogs that end up in the local shelter, so every donation is very important and goess directly to care of the dogs.
