So the bb-gun victim was shot on the terrace? THAT'S gotta smart. I recently read somewhere that a guy who was in a lower State Street bar fight was hit in the fracas. You KNOW that hurts!

Ok so if were going to be OK with vigilante cops then can we set some rules in place. I mean the only time I would feel comfortable with a cop/vigilante doing this to a criminal I would hope it would be for some unthinkable crime such as purposely hurting/molesting a child, a child abuser, brutal rapist. I don't understand what the difference between the ones that condone this beating and a cold blooded evil person? Drunk driving is one of the most selfish acts a person can do BUT why couldn't he have been detained on the ground (where he already was) til back up showed to cuff him? Isn't THAT the protocol Chief? If not, it should be to protect the Officer AND the detainee.

227234P: Beating, witnessed by many unbiased people, not alleged. It's an important issue - there are brutal, repressive authoritarian dictatorships all around the world that couldn't survive without people who rely on the government to tell them what they see.

An investigation into my alleged donut eating? I hope ktyd plays alot of old classic rock tonight while my lights are out..Setting up BBQ for everyone now still got the itchy sneezy bs going on bummer..Have a great weekend and don't drink and drive.
