does anyone know if the black and white nissans are painted mostly black with lots of white "squiggles" on them. I saw two of them the other day on Foothill, are these a "known" gang vehicle?

As for DUI's, did you know we have most DUI's per capita in the US. While I agree it is important to get drunk drivers off the streets, it has become so ridiculous that you can't have a glass of wine or a beer without worrying your going to hit a checkpoint or get pulled over by some of the cops who wait outside watering holes and pull you over without cause. I have lived in many countries and found that the best way to deal with it is to pull over obvious drunks, weaving, running stops. But don't have checkpoints, as a driver you know the risk if you hurt someone while driving too intoxicated and will and should use discretion. Oh and go with a wood chair, they last longer than plastic especially for someone your size.
