First Oil Industry was OLIVE Oil. That's why the first rough, outdoor bathrooms were called "Pits." Field hands could only go to the bathroom at certain times -- "Official Pit Stops." And if the royal orchard owners needed extra pickers , some of the Virgins who were not needed at the Palace that week were trucked in. Since they were more delicate in their handling than the Crude Oil Crew -- many customers paid a Premium for this Extra Virgin Olive Oil !
