553 & 680 ~ Michael Towbes does great things for this community....he develops low/middle income housing for so many of us that could not afford to live in this beautiful town. He matches the community with several philanthropic needs~there should be more "developers" such as he. Integrity, honesty, compassion usually does not go well with most developers. He is the exception.
