Dearest Edhat,
And here I was, bleary-eyed but with coffee in hand, reading about the passing of your old green car with the peace sign when, lo and behold, I noticed my own Santa Barbara NonProfity Realty had been crowned "Nonprofit of the Week"! Well, needless to say, I feel like I just won "American Idol" only better! Thank you for helping bring attention to our noble little endeavor. If the curious have further questions they can either go to our website www.sbnpr.org or follow my decidedly green real estate signs today through Hope Ranch to my open house today at 4650 Via Roblada to interrogate me in person. Thanks again!
