so, basically a biscuit cinnamon roll with cottage cheese in the dough. They must be fabulous. I supose you could use ricotta too.

127320: Because if I want cinnamon rolls in the morning, I don't want to wait hours for the dough to rise before I can bake them. Also, I hate kneading dough. This is a happy medium between popping open a can of Pillsbury rolls and spending hours and hours doing something I hate. I for one, appreciate this recipe. You can knead & wait to your hearts content.

Oh, also, I work. Multiple jobs. I don't have that kinda time (even if I had the patience).
