Could you check and correct the recipe please? 13/4 teaspoons red curry paste Am I correct that you meant to say, 1-3/4 teaspoons? (One and three quarter teaspoons?) Because the way it reads is 13/4, which is 3 & 1/4 teaspoons.

Thanks, Leah - I love peanut sauce, and yours is wonderful! Also, when I run my Culinary Column I sometimes end up with hilarious typos - thirteen fourths, eh?
