Saving the job for one person and losing ten others in the process was never the intent of the ADA. This person's disability, if it meets ADA threshold as a disability, has to be accommodated and this might mean letting her do her job in a relatively isolated environment.
There is no requirement she is to only do her job in the company of other workers, if this is not part of the job description. However, there does need to be objective proof her condition negatively affects the workplace environment.
