Wow-what a fine review. Tells the tale of the anticipation, the admiration of food well-made, the enthusiasm of the cook, and drool-worthy photos to boot. My chowhound hat is off to you! All I can say, is when can we expect your next contribution? Could you post the address and hours?

Tinker's is a Santa Barbara institution. I've literally been going there for 20 years (... and i'm 20 years old). Tinker is a great guy and hopefully this article brings them some people who either don't know about them or have forgotten about them.

Dee- lighted Mrs. Lemonjelly to turn you onto the sweet potato fries from Tinks... I first discovered them when Tinker's had the concession at the Polo fields. Tell Tinker Mo sent you !!
