The inclusion of spinach and curry powder in the tuna sounds very tasty...hmmm, seems like some chopped toasted pecans would be delicious in there, too.

Both these recipes sound delicious, but please state how many servings they make, just as a rough figure, so we'll know whether to expect leftovers or not. And what's the deal with 1 1/2 cans of tuna? What do you do with the other half a can, feed it to the cat? Inquiring minds want to know.

Tuna isn't good for cats, at least not for male cats they can get UTI. For me it sounds like about a 3 and a half can lunch. Good Stuff!

Thanks, Leah. Regarding tuna for cats, according to our vet a little people-tuna once in a while won't hurt. She says that cat food containing fish (which is of different quality than that for people) is to be avoided as it can cause urinary and other health problems. Anyway, our cat Lucha doesn't like tuna, so we'll get to use two whole cans in the recipe. Cheers!
