Oh thank you Leah! I made the Peppenodder cookies today! My first time using Cardamom - what a wonderful peppery cookie! I cooked the first batch too long, they are a little crunchy and the 2nd batch a little early so they would be soft. Take your pick, crunchy or soft. Great way to spend a rainy day.

Yes, the Peppenodder are intriguing me for the same reason...can't even think what cardamom tastes like, so I'll definitely give these a try for a change of pace this year...many thanks!
