Thanks Ron. It's always a pleasure to see what post here. I suppose the SPAM comment concerns itself with a professional photographer posting his work allegedly to promote his photography rather than just share it for our enjoyment. However, without any promoting, soliciting or even links to a business website it's a pretty weak and hollow argument.

8407, I'm curious if you even know what you're referring to. You seem to confuse hdr methods with simple color correction (white/black point setting) and midtone contrast adjustments. Seriously, you're comparing apples and snowballs.

Just think, out in the wild this bird would soar for hours, feeling the wind and serving a purpose as a scavenger. S/he would mate and live free and happy. Yet, there s/he is . . .stuck for life. Poor thing. Poor, poor bird.

707P This bird is spending the remainder of its life at the Zoo because there is something physically wrong with it. It was rescued, rehabilitated, but would no longer be able to survive in its natural habitat so now it spends its days at the Zoo for us to study and for us to enjoy. Sad but true.
