uhhhhhh what happened to the 3 strike law...? If i read that correctly he has been charged for more than 4 felonies yet hes out in a half way type home...?

Coming to a neighborhood near you... Our City Housing Authority relies on these half way housing and section 8 housing to exist- We all pay the price- Literally.
