They need to change his name, that man is no Santo. In what twisted world does raping a 13 yr old seem like a good idea that won't have consequences? I will gladly pay additional taxes to extradite him from wherever and send him to jail for the rest of his life.

1009, I hope so also, but it is not likely that she will live a "normal life" after having been impregnated at age 13 by her stepfather. Hope her family has access to serious amount of counseling; the child, and so she is at 13, is going to need it for years.

What were you thinking mom?! You don't put your teenage daughter in harms way just so you can have a relationship! I hope they find this guy (and yes a mug shot or picture would be nice AND help) and put him into the general population for a few hours.
