That poor airport! They were going to fill in part of the Bay to get more space between the runways but that fell through. I heard that they are losing lots of money to Oakland.

Max, Great Pictures, but shouldn't you be flying the plane instead of operating a camera. Where's the pictures of the AC72's, that would have cool...

@011: I'm guessing your comment was tongue-in-cheek? Unlike driving a car where you have to stay in your lane, piloting an aircraft is much more 'freehand'. The sky's the limit!!

In this instance I was on a flight from Oakland Airport to San Jose (15 min flight) and when I took the pictures the plane was in cruise flight with Autopilot on. Highly regulated airspace so no traffic conflicts. A relaxing time to take a couple shots before the approach phase begins a few minutes later.
