They amaze me but severely "allergic" and must carry a pen with me at all times.

So glad to hear about this! Many years ago we had a swarm congregating around the oleander in our front yard. We did not know the first thing to do and somehow managed to find out that an acquaintance of ours knew how to take the queen. Since I haven't seen the guy in years, it is nice to know who I can call if it ever happens again! Last summer a part of our sidewalk was cordoned off because of a wasp hive in or under the sidewalk. It looked like the City was involved with that removal.

Please post this weekly!! Also, what can I do with wasps? I don't want to kill them but they are dormant now (cold) and will be "waking up" soon. I don't want to poison them, and would rather relocate them. Could I just wear motorcycle gear (impenetrable) and relocate them? Where to? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Congratulations on the agreement with Hydrex! So great! I hope the other exterminators will also agree to rescue. You are doing great work--keep it up!
