This guy is a serial offender, this is not his first time. He should be treated harshly and the city should build a fence around the roofs so reindeer do not fall off.

I know you guys really talking about the dogs jumping off the cliffs it's kinda intresting how some people care more about the view than the lives lost weather it be a dog, or a child....Pretty intresting.

No, no! Speaking for myself, I was alluding to the Cold Spring Bridge jumping barricade. Regarding a fence at the Wilcox property, I am behind that idea 1,000%. I'd even contribute $$$ if it meant that no more doggies go over the cliff. It wouldn't even have to be a very high fence, maybe four feet or so That would keep anyone or anything from going off the edge.

Yea ok I agree with you on that..I was totally aganist barracading Cold Springs bridge too..I've never heard of doggies falling off there..I really think Wilcox should be fenced also it's too easy to fall off..

It is my understanding that due to union busting, reduction in pension and cost of educating young reindeer, more and more reindeer are jumping. We must be vigilant, watch all chimneys and apprehend this animal abusing burglar.
