This is the second morning that I cried while reading an edhat post. Yesterday was the first. Thank you Craig for sharing more about what an amazing man Peter was. Lucky to have shared a few coffees with him myself.

Also, no one did more to bring about the radical change of leadership at SBCC than Peter Sklar's edhat. Thank you Peter. R.I.P.

It seems Peter's life was well-lived. Gods speed and peace to the family. When you cannot control the quantity, make darn sure the quality is everything you can stand. I love Edhat - and as Craig Smith said in his blog, I refer to this community several times a day to see 'what's going on'. Any time there's any kind of emergency, as in a wild fire, a wreck on the single artery up and down the coast, Edhat is my go-to for up to date information. I know I can count on Edhat for that. Pretty power stuff. You rock!

I'm shocked & saddened to hear of Peter's passing. I've been in NYC since last Wednesday and have been out of touch with EdHat & the rest of the Internet for that matter. I too check EdHat multiple times per day for all of my news here in SB County. Here's to a great life, albeit far too short, and for strength to Sue in this difficult time.
