No, but as soon as they are assessed another $150.00 by the state for living where they do they will never have to worry again about fires,-NOT!

@864, you realize Davenport is in the City of Goleta, not the county, and no where near the foothills?

I live in the foothills, and yes why paying $150 this time of year is a little annoying, I don't have a problem paying it if it means a fire doesn't burn down the town and my house at the same time.
