So you are saying that someone smoking outside no where near you is harming you? Science much? are you crazy? Google "does second hand smoke kill" and read the facts. You already cant smoke inside. I could see that effecting you but not someone sitting away from you in an outside environment.Just admit it you like to control people that you don't agree with. The typical lib maneuver you must do and think what I think because I am so much more progressed than you... And how is someone chewing tobacco going to harm you? Don't have an answer to that do you? Just let people live the way they want to. Whats wrong with that? It does not matter this is a "feel good" rule. No one will stop smoking if they want to. You would think time would be spent better on a different cause.

Umm . . .717. . .If you can smell it, you're breathing it in. I don't want to breathe in your stinky smoke. Period. And chewing tobacco causes a lot of incidental harm: it gives the chewers lip, gum, tongue, throat cancer. Then health insurance premiums go up and so on. This becomes a drain on our health care system. Oh. And "progressed" makes no sense in the way that you used it. NOTE: See Deletion Rule #2a
