@336389 It is not a rational inference from the fact that one woman, who may or may not be pretty, was kissed on State St. by one transient who is now in custody, to the conclusion that all pretty people should stay off State St.

The transient problem on State Street is OUT OF HAND!!!! Can't tell you how many tourists have told me that they find it overwhelming and disturbing. Why can't we scoot these individuals along so that our most prominent street welcomes visitors to our city without feeling hassled and intimidated?

This started in the 1100 Block of State street with a transient disturbing call. Then something was said about the transient kissing on a woman, then off duty police following South on State to the Transent center. He got on Bus number 6 spotted the womans boyfriend following him got off the bus ran for it. Sounded like he was being chased by others at this point. I heard North on State then captured I don't know exacley where they caught him but he is in custody now..Lets hope he stays in custody longer than a weekend.

Victims boyfriend was also following..Code 4 Sexual Assault Suspect in custody...Made fast work of that scum bag!
