SBPD responding to the area I don't know the exact location where it occured but heard a police officer say he was responding to the (211, Robbery) on Cliff. Maybe it was in a parking lot.

I hope they catch the S.O.B.!!! My friend's daughter was coming home on her bike the other night and was hit by another biker, knocked down, he graciously helped her up, asked if she was ok & then made off with her PURSE! It had over $2,000 (i know, stupid, but...) in it and her brand new iphone! Shameful. I hate thieves.
