I saw this happen as we were leaving Enterprise Fish. The suspect was detained near the State St entrance to the Amtrak parking lot. I have no idea what happened but he could have been drunk as he wasn't running too well.

In the 200 Block of State street, Supervisor is now responding. I don't know why the subject was being chased.
