Years ago , SCE was supposedly investigated for slush funding surcharge fees that they add to our monthly bill for line maintenance. If you pay attention , there are line maintenance issues everywhere around us , be it aging poles, leaning poles, trees in need of clearing, etc etc
Anyone know the status of these surcharges and if the PUC is paying attention to the proper use of these fees?

The USFS and the State of California should sue the electric company for the damage their equipment caused.
