I don't want to sound all bleeding heart liberal here, but unless we figure out how to salvage the lives of these lost kids then we are going to pay $50K/yr to incarcerate her plus another $50K/yr to pay for the schooling and care of her equally lost children. And in the meantime she will go around messing up the lives of the people that she comes in contact with when she is not in jail. Next time it could be you or me. Is it worth spending some money now to try and save her or prevent the next teenage from going down this path? And does anyone know what that program looks like?

At the stated weight and height her BMI is in the normal range. Perhaps she just has a round face.

As someone who was considered to be a pretty violent kid and went through alot of juvenile detention and programs I think that "Boot Camp" stuff is the best..

I'm 5'6, and 145, and she looks a LOT heavier than me. But it's all where you carry it (apple vs pear - I'm a pear and look pretty thin in photos - unless they show my butt!). I'd hazard a guess she's an apple shape, therefor a bit bigger up top. So yes, the stats could certainly be correct.

747P, don't you remember the video of the gas station clerk fighting with another portly fellow? they both ran out of breath before anyone got seriously injured. sometimes obesity is a good thing. when the original report of these stabbings went out the suspect was reported as 180-200lbs...
