SBPD responding another reporting party reports 3 over a fence headed toward Micheltorena..One wearing black shirt, other wearing grey shirt and tan hat. This is the 2nd Assault in that block in a week. Have been hearing several calls this week 300 Block of West Arrellega anyone know whats going on over there?

Roger, are you SURE you aren't listening to an Oxnard or Santa Maria freq?? We were told there isn't a gang problem in SB.

I don't think there is a 300 Block of West Arrellega in either town is there? Don't know why there are problems there latley?

Yes, there is a 300 block of west arrellaga.... Dario Pini owns some apartment buildings there, and the problem has gotten worse these past few years. Now you have young guys, notice I did not say men, just standing around the edge of the driveway, just looking around... it is kinda creepy. There was a double stabbing here just a few years ago.

about the laundry roooms, I've had that problem, had to get a guard that covers the bolt so it can't be opened with a knife or credit card. It's a better than nothing place to crash or shoot up, or steal clothes so keep them locked.

Will sure..I heard the laundry rooms twice in the past week 300 Block of West Arrellega one reporting party was assaulted..I heard other calls there also like 415 disturbances..Used to be real mellow over there..
