One of the best things congress ever did. Sad to know it would not happen in today's congress. ( I hope I didn't cross the line with this comment ).

More big government intrusion. Most people pay out the nose for oil, but we had private enterprise giving us 6-8 inches of free oil on our beaches. Then those goldarn liberals in Washington had to end it all!
