So this guy is trying to involve his girlfriend in this? "Um ya my girlfriend like to watch people use the toilet and thats why I hid the camera under a sink." Anyone who has binoculars that record images at the beach and follows around little girls needs to be put away.

I was at Refugio that day and the way he ran away from law enforcement demonstrated that he knew how inappropriate and illegal his behavior was.
