I've been so caught up in other stuff that I had forgotten about that. Maybe since it is in the middle of the week the attendence will be lower for both the weekend and the actual day. Optimism should be encouraged right?

I used to go to the I.V. Halloween street revels. So much fun! One of the best costumes I ever saw was a guy dressed up as a giant "STOP" sign. He was having such a blast, making people stop. It was hilarious.

Translation: Notice to public that the policing agencies will justify budget expenses by over policing a college party. Same sales pitch every year. Same over kill of cops/kids ratio. Don't fall into this trap and the distraction of attendence quota's and the like. It's just a big overtime pay bash for law enforcement where they get to check out hot coed's for a few days on the county dime.

151 - looks like you were spending a bit too much time looking at the coeds yourself - why all the possessives instead of plurals (coed's, quota's)?
