I can't believe the City of SB would take on this liability for SO many reasons... I wonder how the POA feels about this program?

Probably a great program for youth interested in the field. Just make sure you send your child with chassity belt on.

The Explorer Program is a fantastic volunteer program to help youths who are interested in learning about law enforcement and considering a career in public safety. The Officers who dedicate their time to these programs do so on a volunteer basis in order to mentor young people of our community.
