My dogs used to love the beach. They'd probably cover 10 miles in our half mile walk, running thru the surf, up and down the beach, into the dunes. It was like they were puppies again. They'd run until they were asleep on their feet. Then they'd sleep all the way home and barely have the energy to stand up for a bath. That was the only time they didn't go rolling in the grass and dirt right after a bath so we tried to sync bath day with beach day.

That is not an off-leash beach. Plenty of legal off leash areas in SB. It's shameful so many folks here think leash laws don't apply to them. The time for cracking down on leash enforcement is long overdue.

772P: FYI, I believe there is only one dog - it just looks like two since his (her?) spots are only on one side.

No sense getting panties in a bunch over some cute dog pictures! I'm the guy always saying license the owners, but these pics make me wish I could have been there to have some fun too! I got knocked down on the beach one day by a frolicking dog and even me, Mr. License the Owners, had a laugh along with everyone else! Lighten up people! Forget the lawyer, it's public photography.
