I agree with 481 - did you fly over early in the morning? We were there Saturday around 1pm and it was PACKED! Although I never went when it was at stow house - I've been there for other events and I suspect it is just too small for this event now. I think the park was a great location - much better than the HOT, tight asphalt of Linden street used for the Avocado festival. I don't think we'll go back to that one unless they move that down to the park/open area further down the street. It is just too hot and crowded to be enjoyable. The lemon festival was much more fun and enjoyable and as a result we stayed a lot longer (and spent more money!) ;)

I agree with the Stow House comment. That Big Box park seriously lacks Soul.

It was actually busy on both days. Not sure what time you flew over? And, there were signs pointing to the festival in the parking lot (also for the car show on Saturday).

I was noticing in the last pic how close the fest was to Ross, Sports A, and all the other stores there. Were there signs in the shopping area? It just seemed odd there wasn't a bigger crowd, given how many cars are in the Marketplace lots.

Probably not from the odd looking aircraft that buzzed over the mesa yesterday a.m. Loud, low and no visible markings. Looked like some sort of home built? Push prop. What is the deal with folks who think it appropriate to disturb so many for their selfish fun?
