My girlfriend was walking her dog about a month ago on the beach just by the wharf and was approached by a pantless mexican man yelling "caliente". Luckily she had her doberman with her and after yelling in Italian that the dog likes to eat sausages, he ran off.

Take a look at Alameda Park too - now just a daytime bum lounge. Why are we draining so much money out of our city budget so Parks and Rec can run outdoor bum shelters that no one else can use while they lay about drinking, carousing and sending threatening vibes for anyone else to enjoy that same public space. Why are we wasting our money on Integrated Pest Management of our parks when these bums are the biggest polluters of them all poisoning their own bodies willingly, while we pay to keep them pesticide free? Add the Parks an Rec budget to the bottom line also going to Homeless Inc.

Another takeover by the bums. That used to be such a safe and nice place to take your children and now you don't dare. Not enough that the city and police allow the RVs to park overnight all around those streets in the heart of the tourist area and that the people who live in the condos don't feel safe in their own neighborhood, now we have constant transients in an area where people who want to enjoy their beach and bring their children to play don't dare.

I agree with 136. Our neighbors let their 3 or 4 year old run around completely naked in their front yard (no fence), and since there's very little parental supervision it often leads to the kid charging cars in the street like a dog would, and running off down the street. It would be bad if he were clothed, but watching a completely naked kid doing it is pretty off-putting. I always cringe when I think about what damage would happen if he fell. Ouch!

Age does not matter. Properly clothed is still the only choice for everyone when in public.

Boy, age makes all the difference. Would sound perfectly normal if subject were 3 years old.

They just went code 4 so I guess they don't need any assistence. With the guy it's a good thing he got his pants back on before police arrived.
