Now if they would just fix that stupid bump on east bound Cliff drive in the right lane. They've had a construction horse and a cone there for over 2 months The old metal one got taken out a couple of times by people that couldn't see it in the shade of the tree. Now there are 2 plastic construction horses and multiple cones for better visibility. Give me a shovel and some asphalt and I'll go fix it in an afternoon.

Haha. I get some kind of prize. I have never seen as much as a piece of auto tail-light or head-light there, but I guessed straight off that it was Anacapa & Carrillo.
For my money, they can put bulb outs and round-abouts at every possible location throughout Santa Barbara and Goleta. Whatever it takes to slow down the idiot drivers. Even hiring people to stand there with a walloping huge ax or bat or golf club would suit me fine. Just get the bozos to slow the dingedy dang down.

Please just tell me there won't be any stupid bulbouts installed to further snarl traffic, specifically right-hand turns.

All well-intentioned, but there must be a change regarding the backed up traffic which occurs when customers want to drive on to the bank property on the corner. I hope that situation can be taken care of.
