I just saw a documentery on Netflix the other night about how most of the money raised by these "pink" fundraisers goes into the pockets of the people who run the charities instead of research. the name of the documentery is "Pink Ribbons inc". Watch it before you donate your money.

Glad to see they're also raising and donating money, instead of just "raising awareness"...few things irks me more than those large scale "awareness" campaigns that spend a large % of their money on administrative costs instead of putting it toward a cure. Great, we're all "aware," but what does awareness really do if the money doesn't reach as far as it needs to? Donations toward treatment for those who cannot afford it and research is what we really need!!!

Good on you, firefighters!

The Pink Ladies need to show solidarity demanding an apology from the medical industry who shoved carcinogenic HRT drugs down their throats for decades, while the primary drug company Wyeth laughed all the way to the bank, knowing all along these drugs were dangerous.

Doctors became willing shills for the drug companies and women suffered from this malpractice for far too long.
