The Dragon capsule might just be visible low in the south, passing west to east from 7:21 to 7:25. Any haze will wipe it out, as it will be fairly dim.

Thanks for the notice. So excited, as we will be at the Bowl. Last time it passed over the bowl, we could clearly see it. I am hoping for clear skies!

OMG! We were watching from our roof and my husband said, "Hey! What's THAT following the Space Station?!?!?" After deciding it wasn't a UFO, and guessing it was a tether experiment of some kind, we discovered THAT was the SpaceX Dragon, getting lined up to dock with it in a few hours. What a THRILL! Thanks for always reminding us to look up at the right time.

Macpuzl Thank you for your timely announcement. Most of a SBCC Astronomy class saw the ISS (most for the first time!) and the Dragon capsule. Great show! P.S. Erin also says thanks!

BWeiss (& Erin) - You're welcome! There are evening passes of various quality for the next week, with another decent one on Friday evening at 6:51-6:58 PM from SW to NE, this time more toward our mountain horizon. The sky will be brighter, and the ISS will be about as bright as it was tonight.
