nice! were you in the air? I'd think they'd clear the area... Have many many pics and videos of these planes, and the Thunderbirds and Snowbirds from the Reno Air Races. Nothing else like it >>sniffle<<

I saw the Blue Angels in SF several years ago. I was on a 3 story roof, not far from the water. All of a sudden one plane came from behind me very fast, very low. I hit the deck (note naval term). Very exciting.

...watching them coming in as specs in the distance, trying to find them in the wild blue yonder, that was the most exciting part for me. Many times, they'd come in from behind the main grandstand, screaming overhead to a huge roar from 75,000 people. WHAT a rush.
