I attend every year. It's just keeps getting better! This organization is the best way to teach youngsters how to sail. All parents work together to help. Amazing!!

While this was probably for a good cause, we would appreciate it if next time you would clean up after yourselves and try and remember the people who pay fees and property taxes aren't here to pick up your trash. Also, the slips you "moved" into are actually peoples property (thus property tax) and they have a right to return to their slips without getting attitude from someone who squatted on it while they were gone. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate a yard sale in your driveways.

So sorry 110 that you have to pay taxes on the inflated value of your berth. But I know first hand the SeaShells try their best to clean up and leave it as they found it. I'm also not sure what you mean by "moved into" as the boats that are toured are actually the owners in their berths. If you mean people visiting for the event that is on them not the organization.

@465 I am very sorry to hear that you encountered any kind of problems. For the 30 years that the wine tasting has been taking place we have made it our primary responsibility to work with boat owners in every way and especially to clean up. And in terms of table placement I personally made sure that the ones where owners were returning were moved. We had security and clean up crews working though out the event. All you needed to do was ask for someone to take care of it and it would have been done. Please let me know directly if there were any particular issues you would like us to look into.
