This is the zone where all the young freeloaders and aggressive panhandlers hang out. They talk serious smack if you don't give money, and have food or a shopping bag when you walk back to the lot. The Dargans manager has to call the cops on them frequently. And yes I've seen them threaten him with weapons. they often have a folded cardboard sign, it says: anything helps, have a nice day... And then if you don't give money, they unfold and it says F... You .. And then they try to pick a fight with you.. This happens daily. Thanks SBPD.
