HECK. YES. People are horrible, terrible drivers. Error-prone. Let the robots do the technical work like driving!

It's my understanding that someone still has to sit behind the wheel, even if the car is doing all the driving. In case of mechanical/technical failure that person becomes the driver. It stands to reason this person should be sober, yes?
