Loose dog running on Mission st & De La Vina (Santa Barbara)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------At 10:30am today, I was driving East bound on Mission street, near Bath street, and a small Corgi type multi colored dog was running scared all over the place. Crossing the street, back & forth, up & down Mission Street. I tried a couple times to lure it into my car, with no success. Another female driver pulled over and starting running after the dog, but no success in catching it. Another nice man on a bicycle followed the dog, with dog-treats I gave him, but no success either. I called 911, after the dog went running up De La Vina, and since it's one-way, I had to circle around a few blocks. The bicycle man was riding right along side the dog for a while, but was soon eluded. Lost visual altogether at that point. I called the Police back to see if they had any follow-up info, and they said Animal Control did not find the dog. I called Animal Control, but only got an answering machine. I doubt they will call me back. Hopefully, since the dog was wearing tags, the dog will find it's way home before getting killed in the process. But, it definitly looked / acted lost.

Still looking they found his bicycle found some sort of make shift ladder..I'm not going to say exacley where they are searching. thats their business, Wearing a blue baseball cap, a tan shirt, and flip flops..
