A suggestion to "send him home"? Where would that be? You know the guy, and KNOW he wasn't born here? I agree he should be locked up; but, comments about background a person knows nothing about doesn't make sense to me.

I heart you, 5264. Right on! This kid was on SBHS at the beginning of school term, trespassing with intent to sell, and fighting with the staff. The clients he was looking to hook up with are high school kids, who were never *wink* supposed to be dispensary clients. Thanks SBPD for keeping an eye on this jerk. We do have kids in this community that want to go to school and learn, and deserve a safe campus to do so. Amen to No RV Parking beachside, and let's get behind Milpas - those folks are fighting a good fight, and dealing with a very bad neighbor in that shelter. The city is turning a blind eye to appease the likes of Mickey Flacks and the ACLU.

His burglary attire probably contributed to the jaywalking reason to stop and question him. Knit gloves, beanie, black clothing, probably long pants and sleeves.. Total anonymous and concealing outfit.. Sometimes we must all be lucky, when criminals aren't that bright. And just for the record, an adult receiving medical marijuana IS different than street thugs, slinging junk to high school kids etc. On a slightly different note, YAY for no more RVs at the beach.. Now let's figure out some regulations to clean up Milpas. Oh yeah and as simple as the no RVs signs for the beach, how about no loitering/panhandling on State. Aggressive panhandlers have to go!
