Black pick up truck with an 8 in the licence plate. I think they said he was wearing a red shirt blue or black shorts..I think it occured in Lompoc. He attempted to drag her into the vehicle. Watch your kids Folks!

what the hell, i hope any bystanders who saw this attempted to confront this freak. as a community we cannot turn a blind eye when it comes to protecting our children.
