This is a Fukushima twin, a proven deadly design. Close it. No test needed. There is no dirtier power than one of these failure prone reactors; burning tires would have less long term devastation.

I too have missed where PG&E provided proof that these tests were necessary to prevent a nuclear incident in the event of an earthquake. Without that why is anyone even considering this? PG&E should spend the money upgrading their facilities with safeguards to protect the public in worse case scenarios instead of performing tests that, in all likeliness, will only end up killing wildlife and reveal nothing about the faultlines.

Good on everyone who is helping to bring attention to this testing.

Good. 40,000+ emails to Fish & Game shows people care. Now we need to get PG&E to knock it off with this disgusting proposal. "Incidental kill" indeed!
